1. Reiki Terms and Conditions

Reiki treatments are given fully clothed on a massage table and should not be mistaken for a massage. Reiki is a simple, hands-on energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation.Reiki isnot a substitute for any medical treatment. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or healthcare professional for any physical or psychological conditions you may have.As a Reiki practitioner, I donot diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or perform medical treatments.Long-term imbalances in the body might require multiple sessions to facilitate relaxation and healing.Self-improvement requirescommitmenton your part, and you must be willing to change in a positive way to receive the full benefits of Reiki.All information received during your Reiki session will be held in the strictest confidence unless required by law due to athreat of harm to yourself or others.If you areless than 15 minutes late, you will receive ashorter sessionas I may not be able to extend the session. If you aremore than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and thefull-service feewill be charged.

2. Reiki Cancellation & Refund Policy

There areno refundson Reiki services that have already been provided.If you need tocancel or reschedule, please provideat least 24 hours’ notice.If youdo not show upfor your appointment and havealready paid in full, a refund willnotbe issued. You mayreschedule once. If you miss the second appointment, a refund willnotbe issued.If you do not show up for your appointment andhave not paid, you will be charged for thefull service fee.

6. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

All Reiki sessions and services must bepaid in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon.Refunds arenot providedonce a session has been completed.If you need to reschedule, please provideat least 24 hours’ notice.No-shows or cancellations made withless than 24 hours’ noticemay be subject to a cancellation fee.
